finally get to post... things start to change around me... went back to sch on fri for KEAT's weekend FO preparation, lookin back at her event really make mi reflects on GC, the wonderful event that giv mi the one of the BEST memories i hav in UNION... the prep have v little ppl (GPs but Wiseman were GREAT), wonderful Chairlady and superb assistant! nv forget the strong and supportive com members! juz wanna hope that the event can run super smooth in the actual.

Hav an senior exco meeting in that nite too! it was a terrible nite! but no matter wad i accept what was being said! realli... in my bottom of my heart, i know i have weaknesses, my weaknesses might b v weird but i dun doubt my capability! hw much i hav done for union? it shall b obvious ans... I hav a vision for union, i hope to implantment it! I hope to give my juniors a better union.. A union tat will balance FUN n WORK, guidences and learning can take place together... Being a perfectionist, i do set a high standard for myself and also for my proj, but this is to train my fellow committee members to learn and b up to standard! (u might nt agree, but ppl in my com do enjoy) if a leader has not direction, then the peak of a mountain will nv b a place to end.

I understand that my weakness might be too demanding, living in my own world, special working style and even too firmed. If i demand something less, then the prime product will surely b lesser then wad i have demanded! it's only when demand is high then fall back n yet still able to get a slightly above average product! I will not push for the best if i dun see a hope in it! Living in my own world, tis factor runs in a way that i need time to run my ideas, hence, i need to get ppl around mi to understand what r my new ideas!!! perhaps, i do execute them all by myself, but it's also a trial n error situation to see things in diff angle. Special working style, in this factor of mi, I guess it's hard to explain more as working style varies among diff ppl, i will keep wad u guys hav said in mind and try my v best to adapt n accommodate in my workin style! Too FIRMED? if a leader is wishy-washy, then chances will juz simply slipped n leave, as chances comes in disguise, we need to b prepared at all time to grab hold of it n EXCEL!!!

I realli hope to avoid tis struggle. but thinkin back of my vision n my policies for union! there muz b a losing end, i would just prepare for the worst which is to pull out completely. jus like in any fight, only the able man shall survive but it's not always! Time, environment and people can also allow the weakest link to survive! I hope it will b a fair competition. I have taken in alot of courage to set my decision, i dun hope to see able man of union to leave tis second home! i still hope to guide them! see them learn! n eventually becomes a LEADER!
it's only during today! when KEAT being the event chairperson, has no one to advise her on! i understand the prob of being no advisor! I know the prob, hence i hope to do something for her! Guidences and learning is not taking place! it will onli make the chairperson more n more tired if no one is there to support her... i will try my best to help! EPOCHA shall be the BEST event for those DUMB freshies!!!

Everyones want to learn! it's still not too late to learn n make changes bout ourselves! No one in the world is perfect, but we can try to b perfectionist in wadever we hope to do! will the home of ours be cosiers? will it turns to b the better? will we see improvement in the near future? it's not up to us to decide...! we shall support whoever needs our support in the future!

Zai, hope that we can still be friend aft tis issue! No hard feeling.
